If GLASS showed an error, open Help ▸ Copy Diagnostics in the app and paste the result into the last box. It tells us your build, your operating system, and what the app logged just before the problem.
Your message is delivered to support@nodinwrite.com. The form copy is deleted once we've dealt with it, and the email thread is kept for up to a year in case the problem comes back. Nothing here is added to a mailing list. See the privacy policy.
