Accept, reject & the walkthrough
The document owner decides what lands. Work through suggestions one by one, or accept and reject in bulk.
Right-click any suggestion for ✓ Accept or ✗ Reject. Or open the guided Review Suggestions walkthrough from the Suggestions menu (or the status-bar count), which steps through every pending suggestion and unresolved comment in order.

Accepting bakes the change into the document; rejecting hides it but keeps it recoverable under Show rejected. When everything's resolved, the panel offers Publish version (if anything was accepted) to close the pass into a new version.
